Neocropsy of Musa acuminata was our very first dissection in anatomy. The purpose of this lab was to prepare us for a real dissection by practicing our directional cuts.In this lab, we had to figure out what happened to our banana by performing an autopsy. After an external examination ,we discovered a wound over the heart then it was time to take a look inside. We made several skin deep cuts and came to the conclusion that our banana was shot and killed.
